Sisal
Suggestions for care:
* regular (daily) cleaning with a powerful vacuum cleaner (with or without brush attachment)

Stain removal:
* the fresher the stain, the easier it is to remove
* soak up the worst of the dirt with an absorbent white or undyed cloth
* remove solid particles using the back edge of a knife or a spoon
* spray special carpet shampoo e.g. Tapigold onto the bristles of a natural fibre brush or cloth, carefully remove the stain from the carpet by rubbing gently
* important: do not moisten the stain, as sisal tends to shrink when wet and water stains could result

Thorough cleaning:
* thorough cleaning to remove greasy or oily residue is necessary from time to time
